My first travel to Italy, after the cities and sights, Varenna was wonderful. Serene and transported to the old world Northern Italy with the mountains and the Lake. It was so beautiful it takes your breath away. I was treated like family. Joined by others for dinner. Food was genuine Italian. Invited to a card game at the hotel. I thought Albergo was the hotel owners first name.. 🙂
Just home from from Bellagio…I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms…Bravo Lake Garda…
+Bridie Weymouth Switzerland is nearby, obviously some hotels advertise they are near Como Lake.
while searching for hotels in "lake Como Italy" sometimes it says they are in Switzerland. How come? Is there a lake Como there as well or is there a place there with the same name?
