  2. The areas outside the strip in the suburbs are very lovely. Also, there is plenty of beautiful scenery a short drive outside the city to hike, exercise, ATV and overall enjoy. The Red Rocks are a must see. The strip is a non factor for me.

  4. I live In Los Angeles and to me I personally am ok with Las Vegas there is to much strip and gabbling if you have kids I do not recommend living there I think Las Vegas should have 3 and a half stars it basically just depends P.S it is a beautiful city at night though.

  5. Totally agree, there is SO much you could pack in a day. Even if you only have a few hours to spare with a layover— you could Uber or Lyft to our private terminal (less than a 10 minute drive from McCarran International Airport) and go on a nice little helicopter night flight over the Las Vegas Strip! You could do all this and get back to the airport within about 2 hours. If you have a few more hours than that to spare, you could even go to the Grand Canyon and back with us! Just make sure you have time to go back through security-check before your connecting flight. 😎

  6. My son, my husband, my friends, my sister, my brother and I went there and stayed 3 nights at the mirage and we had a great view of the strip from our room on the 25th floor
