  1. I have visited brasil as a tourist and they are keeping me by force by not allowing me to leave the country by plane after I have purchased 2 tickets, forcing me to spend all money I have on higher then market prices on food, drinks and accommodations. Somebody from brasil destroyed my mobile phone and laptop so I cannot access money which is violation pf laws. I seeked help from police and they refused to work. Government is very efficient when they support monopliea on policing with tributes/taxea they are collecting by force and violence. Now I am stuck in brasil. Do not come to brasil.

  2. I have been to Rio 5 times, even during Carnival , it's fun if you're a single guy . Keep your jewelry at home and your wallet very secure, crime over there is plentiful, be extra careful at night !!!! Sometimes robbers will rob everyone on a bus as it is driving down Avenida Copacabana .

  3. Seeing the statue through this video, I wanted to go to Brazil because it was much bigger and grander than I thought. If I have a chance later, I would like to go to Brazil during the Samba Festival and experience their Samba culture and street soccer culture.

  4. I will tell you what were my expenses for a full day in Rio two weeks ago:Hostel in Gloria: 55 reais-3 metro tickets: 10 reaisCorcovado ticket including transportation: 50 reaisTaxi to Urca (split with a friend): around 20 reais round tripExpenses in Bar Urca: around 50 reaisExpenses at Lunch in Ipanema: around 40 reaisExpenses at night: around 60 reaisI see around 300 reais as a possible budget without saving. 150 reais will be only possible if you eat only fast food, stay at a very cheap hostel. If you are staying at a hotel, even a not expensive one, I see 400 reais per day as a more realistic budget.
