  1. We're obviously aware of and deeply concerned about the global pandemic, and are choosing carefully what to publish as forms of escapism and entertainment to help ease thoughts of anxiety, and provide an alternative from the news. We are obviously NOT encouraging anyone to travel now or discouraging social distancing. Are you looking forward to traveling to this amazing country?

  2. "low population density": shows the city half the population of the entire country lives in. Note that Very Large portions of New Zealand are uninhabited national parks. Much of the rest is farmland. The vast majority of the population lives in a few cities. (We don't treat cities and their suburbs as separate things the way the USA apparently does though).

  3. FFS. socialist cindy had 1 months warning before the china virus reached nz – it reached uk, us and aus 1 month before nz. she didn't want to close the borders bc she wanted to grandstand for the chch shooting memorial, and then reopen for ramadan. she had to close the borders sooner and longer, bc of insistence from opposition simon bridges. she didn't keep any of her election promises, but introduced new taxes anyway. In early 2008, Ardern was elected as the president of the International Union of Socialist Youth, and her only real job has been after school work in a fish and chip shop. most effective leader? lol.

  4. Good video, but you need to learn how to pronounce Maori. It's not Maudi like you said. Also I realize you just mentioned Wellington, but there is Christchurch and Dunedin two really cool cities, just an FYI. Be safe.

  5. Wrong, we did not handle the plandemic well, we fell in line with W.H.O. & there is lots of censorship here for those guilty of "wrong think".

  6. Well done for trying to pronounce Maori names correctly. You didn't nail all of them, but I can hear that you tried and that's what counts ๐Ÿ˜Š

  7. Yes New Zealand is a fantastic destination but unfortunately we are allergic to the whole world at the moment, we only looking at the pacific islands, to open our borders, sorry rest of the world your dreaming, keep it real

  8. I traveled to New Zealand in early March 2020 and went back on one of the last flights back to the United States in late March when the gravity of the pandemic was known. To this day I wish I missed my flight back home and was forced to stay in New Zealand.

  9. We had a trip planned for Jan 2021 but cancelled since we have no idea when the rest of the world will open there borders to the plague infested US.. No one is going to allow us to travel until we start taking the virus seriously.

  10. i dont want to travel there. i want to move there. I live in Canada and our citizens are becoming very Americanized. its bad for the long term. we are right next door to that gong show as well.New Zealand has been doing things "right" so to speak over the last few years and its certainly tempting.

  11. It is very common for New Zealanders to come out in force in regards to the proper pronunciation of place names. Especially the native Maori place names. However, this is the first time I have ever heard an english speaker mispronounce english place names. You made my day. I celebrate the uniqueness of us all. Big smiles๐Ÿ˜„
